U.S. Senator Jerry Moran issued the following statement on the death of U.S. Army Reserve Sergeant First Class Trenton Rhea originally from Oakely,
Kansas, who died in a non-combat related incident while deployed in Afghanistan.

“America will forever be indebted to Sergeant Rhea for his service and sacrifice,” Sen. Moran said. “My deepest sympathies go out to his family, and I ask all Kansans to join me in keeping his family and friends in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.”
