According to the K-State Ag Research Center South of Hays, the official 24 hour rainfall total in Hays was .31 of an inch of moisture.  That  gives Hays .31 in the month of June and 6.26 inches of  moisture in 2013.

The Eagle Radio rain gauge had .46 of an inch.  Yocemento area west of Hays reported .49.
