3: 35 p.m. Heavy winds are keeping Midwest Energy Customers busy. According to Mike Morley, Corporate Communications Manager with Midwest Energy,  “There are  multiple outages in Ellis and Yocemento. At 3:30 pm, 1,325 customers in that area are out. Crews have been dispatched. Thank you for your patience as we work to get power safely restored.”
