Heavy rain falling Tuesday evening on I-70,  two miles west of Yocemento.  Wind gusts of 65 mph have been reported South East of Ellis. At 5:50 p.m., water was also reported over the roadway along portions of 160-170th Ave west of Hays.  At 6:45 p.m. rainfall totals included .55 in the city of Ellis, 1 inch near Yocemento, and .36 at the Eagle Media Center.
