If you were at World’s of Fun over Father’s Day Weekend, check your credit card statement.

The Kansas City theme park said a transaction error has resulted in some customer credit cards being processed multiple times for the same transaction.

The park said it was notified of the situation Wednesday and immediately began to work with banks to reverse the erroneous charges.

Park officials said that while the charges were reversed Wednesday afternoon, some of the reversals may not appear in accounts until today.

Officials asked any guest who was negatively impacted by the mistake to contact Worlds of Fun directly at 816-454-4545 so it can address their concerns.
