“We are very thankful to the fans for their love and support during this time,” Randy Travis said via a press statement this afternoon (7/9). Contrary to reports, Travis has not undergone heart surgery. He was admitted to a Texas hospital Sunday (7/7) and remains in critical condition while being treated for viral cardiomyopathy.
