Long-time local Boy Scout Leader Keith Eilts is this year’s winner of the All-America Citizen award, which was presented the final night of Wild West Fest in Hays:

Eilts’ Troop 101 currently has 53 youth and 20 adult members.  It’s the second largest Boy Scout unit between Junction City and the Colorado border.

“It’s a labor of love,” says Eilts, and “yes, I’ll be back at summer camp again next year.”
