Set the public hearing for a request of change of zoning classification from “C-2” Commercial & Service District to “C-3” Central Business District for all of Block 5 & vacated Pine street between Block 4 and Block 5 and south half of Block 4 except lots 15 & 17 in the H.P. Wilson Addition – General location 200 and 300 block E 7th Street
