3 p.m. Twenty one year-old Bryant Seba has been arrested  and booked on second degree murder and aggravated battery charges and is being held without bond in connection

with the Wednesday night shooting of a woman and of critically injuring a man.   The shooting was reported shortly before midnight Wednesday. The injured man was taken to Wichita with critical injuries. The shooting occurred in the 100 block of North Ninnescah, in Pratt.

Assisting police in the investigation are the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office.

No other details are expected to be released until Saturday.
