12:30 p.m update   Nobody was injured in the Friday morning two vehicle I-70 accident at mile post 148.   According to Ellis County Sheriff’s Department a 2001 International Semi Truck driven by Trenton Herd of Blue Jacket, Oklahoma was west bound on I-70.  In an attempt to pass a 2006 Chevy Malibu driven by Martha Kennedy of Hays, the semi truck driver misjudged the speed and clipped the left rear drivers side of the Malibu. Nobody was injured.

5:18 a.m. Law Enforcement authorities have been dispatched to report of a 2 vehicle accident at I-70 west bound and mile post 148, east of Ellis.  No additional details are currently available.  Stay tuned to Eagle Radio and check Hays Post for more information as it becomes available.
