This is the first of the regularly scheduled meetings of the Ellis County Public Building Commission. Prior to this meeting, they have been held on an as needed basis. However now that they have sold the bonds and are starting to process bills, a regular meeting is necessary to have the board consider them and get them paid in a timely manner.
