A federal judge has administratively closed Curb‘s lawsuit against Tim McGraw and Big Machine pending resolution of the related action in Tennessee court. Curb filed to extend the ongoing legal battle to federal court in the spring. McGraw moved to Big Machine in 2011 following a Tennessee court ruling that denied Curb’s request for an injunction preventing him from recording elsewhere.
