A three vehicle crash on I-70 just before 10 on Sunday morning sent two people to the hospital.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol Eighty-nine year old Maureen G. Woellhof of Manhattan was driving a 2005 Toyota Highlander west on I-70 at the milepost 251, 1.1 miles east of the I-70/I-135 Junction.

The Highlander rear ended a 2004 Volkswagon Jetta driven by Maanasa Davuluri, age 27 of New Orleans, Louisiana, causing it to rear end a 2012 Ford Edge driven by Elgin J. Glanzer, age 56 of Abilene.

Woellhof and a passenger in the Highlander Ivan W. Woellhof, age 92 of Manhattan were transported to the hospital in Salina. No other injures were reported. Everyone was wearing a seat belt.
