The free quarterly “Let’s Talk”  program sponsored by the Hays Orthopedic Institute is scheduled for Thursday.  The program gives the public an opportunity to have

orthopedic questions answered by one of the Orthopedic Surgeons.  Sessions begin at 6 p.m. with a light snack followed by the roundtable discussion.
