11:55 a.m. update    One  person was injured in this morning’s two vehicle accident. According to the Ellis County Sheriff”s office Daniel Basgall was driving west on 27^th street  and hit a vehicle driven by Kelsey Schrant of Hays. Due to the early morning sun, she failed to yield at the intersection of 27^th and Commerce Parkway.  Basgall was transported to Hays Medical Center. Schrant and a passenger in her vehicle were not injured.

7: 40 Possibly three individuals are involved in this morning’s injury accident. One is being transported to the hospital.

 

7: 29 a.m. Emergency Responders have been dispatched this morning to an injury accident at 27th and Commerce.
