Working in high wind and a high of 55 degrees Tuesday, Hays city workers still managed to complete all the curbside collections of the annual Hays Alley Cleanup.

Some of the alleys in Zone 1 and Zone 2 are also complete.

The alley cleanup is scheduled to continue through Friday.
