On October 13, the New York Times published an article called “Shortchanging Kansas School Children.”  Governor Brownback responded to the article with a letter of clarification to the New York Times Editorial Board, however they have chosen not to run the Governor’s letter.  This is Governor Brownback’s letter that he hopes will clarify the misinformation that was in the New York Times article.
