Kansas State University Police are investigating a possible sexual assault in the school’s student housing area.
Captain Don Stubbings of KSU Police told the post, “A female victim, who will remained unnamed for her privacy and safety, was taken to a location and not allowed to leave. Following was an attempt of aggravated criminal sodomy took place.
The investigation led to the arrest of Jared Carr, 21, a university student, who was arrested on charges of Kidnapping, Criminal Restraint, and Attempted Aggravated Sodomy. Carr’s Bond was set at $5,000.”
