Icy conditions are blamed for a Sunday rollover accident on I-70

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol sixty-five year old Elizabeth Pierce of Abilene was  driving a 1999 Ford F 150 westbound on I-70 four miles east of Salina when she lost control on the ice. The truck entered the median, rolled once and came to rest on its wheels in the eastbound lanes of I-70. Pierce was transported to Salina Regional Medical Center. She was wearing a seat belt.
