Rural access to healthcare remains a concern (VIDEO)

State 110th District Rep. Travis Couture-Lovelady, R-Palco, returns to Topeka Jan. 13 when the state Legislature opens its 2014 session.

Couture-Lovelady is the new vice chairman of the Federal and State Affairs Committee. He recently attended the Fiscal Policy Task Force conference in Washingtonwith other state legislators from across the country.

An issue affecting every state’s fiscal policy is the Affordable Care Act, commonly called “Obamacare.”  Rural access to healthcare remains a “big concern,” said Couture-Lovelady:
