People from all over Kansas will plunge into the frigid waters of lakes, ponds and swimming pools to raise funds for Special Olympics Kansas. In Hays, the plunge will be Jan. 25 at America’s Best Value Inn.

For a minimum donations of of $75, individuals can register to take the coldest plunge of their lives to benefit Special Olympics Kansas.

The Polar Plunge is open to extreme people willing to face the extreme cold and help an extremely good cause.  Participants can dress in costumes (no glitter allowed) or swimwear. A costume contest will be before the plunge.
