The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

Among the agenda items is the final plat and rezoning recommendations for Geist Addition, a narrow strip of property on the south side of 22nd Street between Canterbury and Wheatland Avenue.
