The Hays Area Planning Commission will have a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at at City Hall, 1507 Main, to consider changes to water rules.

The proposed changed would amend an ordinance regarding landscape and irrigation regulations within the city of Hays and the 3-mile zoning area.
