ELLIS — The Ellis City Council will have a special meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

The agenda includes:

• Approval of USDA annual reports.

• Consideration of the city’s website.

• Consideration of water exploration.

At special meetings, officials only can discuss items on the agenda.
