Meade, Kansas—A 21 year old Wisconsin woman was killed in a head on crash on US 54 early Saturday.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports a 2004 Chevy Cavalier driven by Robert Cade Hemauer, 22, of Chilton, Wisconsin was eastbound on U54 in Meade County at 1:40 a.m.

The car went left of center and struck a 2011 Mazda driven by Erin Nicole Padgett, 21, of Meade head on.

Sarah R. Hemauer, 21 of Chilton, Wisconsin, was transported to the hospital in Meade where she was pronounced dead.

Padgett, and a passenger in the Cavalier Braden Cole Hemauer, 21, of Chilton Wisconsin, were transported to the hospital in Meade.

Robert Cade Hemauer was flown to St Francis Medical Center in Wichita.

The KHP reports that all were wearing seat belts.
