The city of Hays will have an open house at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall to discuss proposed improvements on 13th Street from Main to Milner.

Residents and businesses adjacent to the proposed construction corridor are encouraged to attend. The meeting is open to the public.

Reconstruction of 13th Street is scheduled to begin in 2015.
