A free self-defense workshop for ages 12 and older will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, sponsored by Fort Hays State University and the Women’s Leadership Project.

Participants are not required to RSVP but are asked to show up a little before 9 a.m. in Cunningham Hall, room 110. Participants are asked to wear a T-shirt and athletic shorts or pants and no jewelry.
