FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) — A federal law enforcement official says a suspected gunman at the Army’s Fort Hood is dead.
According to a local law enforcement official, sheriff’s deputies and state troopers from a nearby post were dispatched after receiving reports of an “active shooter.”
Officials say one person is dead and 14 are wounded at the Texas Army base.
