According to the Kansas Attorney General’s office, Reeder, 53, Collyer, will serve 36 months of probation under the supervision of the Kansas Department of Corrections.

He was sentenced to 22 months in custody on the charge of one count of distribution of marijuana and 15 months for one count of possession of methamphetamine. Those sentences were suspended by Judge Glenn Braun.

A plea agreement was announced in late February between the state and Reeder, who was arrested Dec. 20. Shortly after his arrest, he resigned his post on the school board.
