Beginning Monday, the alley on the north side of 27th Street, between Willow and Country Lane, will be closed to through traffic, the city of Hays announced in a news release.

Brackney Construction will be pouring concrete as part of a project for Midwest Energy. Repairs are expected to be completed by April 17.
