HAYSVILLE -A woman was killed in a Friday afternoon rollover crash in Butler County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported Maria L. Rodriguez, 34, Wichita was driving a 2008 Ford Mustang westbound on K254 just east of Tawakoni Road. The car drifted off of the roadway and into the center median.

Rodriguez over-corrected and crossed back over the westbound lanes of the highway.

The car entered the north ditch and rolled multiple times.

Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.

The KHP reported Rodriguez was wearing a seat belt.
