RUSSELL — Seeking more public support for its proposal to create a new water source for the region, members of the Hays City Commission will take their message to the Russell City Council this week.

Commissioner will attend the Russell council’s meeting at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Russell City Hall, 133 W. Eighth. The council is considering a letter of intent regarding the R9 Ranch development.
