SYRACUSE — The weather is being blamed for a Sunday night crash that killed a southwest Kansas man.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported Tom H. Roth, 70, Kendall, died when the Chevy Colorado he was driving on U 50 in Hamilton County went off the road just before midnight.
The vehicle rotated counter clockwise approximately 120 degrees and went into a passenger side roll coming to rest on its top facing southeast. Roth was pronounced dead at the scene.
The KHP reported he was not wearing a seat belt.
