A Phillipsburg woman was among the winners announced Thursday in the 25th annual Kansas Voices Writing Contest.
Eunice Boeve pleaced first in the adult prose division with her entry “Happily Ever After.”
Nearly 200 Kansas writers submitted their work to the contest, which was organized by the Winfield Arts and Humanities Council.
A reading of the winning submissions will be May 3 in Winfield. For more information, click HERE.
