Beginning Tuesday, the alley east of Oak Street between East 28th and Circle Drive and between East 29th and Circle Drive will be closed to traffic.

Brackney Construction will be pouring concrete for a Midwest Energy project. Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day Thursday.
