NASHVILLE (AP) – Barry Gibb has sold the former home of Johnny and June Carter Cash. The Nashville Tennessean reports Gibb and his wife, Linda, sold the property to a limited liability company for $2 million. They bought the property in $2.3 million in 2006. The Cashes lived there for more than 40 years. The Gibbs had planned to renovate the property and were almost done with the project when it caught fire and destroyed the house. The Gibbs had announced plans to build a new house and preserve the original foundations of the home.
