The Ellis baseball team closes out their regular season with a 4-1 win over Colby Tuesday. The Railers scored two in the first then added single runs in the fourth and fifth. Scott Pfeifer doubled and tripled and Brandon Bollig also had two hits. He also went the distance on the mound,  striking out eight.

Ellis ends the regular season 9-8. They will be the No. 1 seed for their regional and play at two o’clock on Wednesday against either Bennington or Herington who play Monday.
