Hays Police Department detectives are investigating a burglary at Hays High School.

According to HPD Lt. Brandon Wright, the break-in appears to have occurred sometime between 11 p.m. and midnight Sunday.

Wright said electronics and a television were reported stolen, and officials from the school still are compiling a list off items stolen.

Wright said it has not yet been determined how entry into the school was made, and the investigation team is working with school administrators to process surveillance footage.
