The Hays High softball team is the No. 3 seed for next week’s 5A state softball tournament at the Twin Oaks Complex in Manhattan. The 18-4 Indians will face Wichita’s Kapaun Mt. Carmel (16-6) in the opening round at 7pm.
Unbeaten Topeka-Seaman is the No. 1 seed with undefeated Bishop Carroll the No. 2 seed.
