OBERLIN- A Kansas man was injured in a crash just after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Decatur County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Hyundai driven by Allen Leray Shelton, 70, Oberlin was west bound on U.S. 36 twelve miles east of Oberlin. The vehicle went off the right side of the road and hit the guardrail.

The vehicle then went across and off the left side of the road and rolled.

The vehicle came to rest on the west side of Decatur county road 12E.

Shelton was transported to Decatur County Hospital.

The KHP reported Shelton was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
