COUNCIL GROVE—A man from Arizona was injured in an accident just after 10 p.m. on Tuesday in Morris County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1998 Lexus driven by Johnny Albert Muller, 37,  Tucson AZ., was eastbound on U.S. 56 6.5 miles east of U77/U56 junction in Morris County.

The vehicle entered the south ditch. The driver overcorrected and crossed the roadway into the north ditch and rolled several times, coming to rest on its top.

Muller was transported to Stormont Vail in Topeka.

The KHP reported they were uncertain if the driver was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
