“The board of directors of the Heartland Community Foundation would like to invite Bob’s friends and associates to join us in recognizing his service to our organization,” said Brandon Prough, chair-elect of the Heartland Community Foundation board of directors. “Drop by and enjoy some refreshments and visit with Bob and meet Tammy McClellan, our new executive director.”

Lowen has served as executive director of the Heartland Community Foundation for the past four years. His retirement is effective June 30.  McClellan was recently named the new executive director.
