The Hays VFW Post 9076  is hosting a blood drive Wednesday, July 2, in cooperation with the American Red Cross.

Donors can stop by the VFW, 2106 Vine, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to make a blood donation.

Appointments can be scheduled online. Click here to make an appointment

Donors will receive a free T-shirt.

Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every two to three seconds.
