Today is the last day to register to vote in the Kansas primary election on Aug. 5.

Anyone registering for the first time will need to provide proof of citizenship. Those who have already registered will not.

Voters using the national registration form without proof of citizenship will only be allowed to vote in the U.S. House and Senate races.
