VICTORIA — The 32nd annual Herzogfest in Victoria will kick off at 5 p.m. Aug. 8, with grounds and vendors opening, along with Fun Cycles & Banana Bikes, Bumpy Knuckles The Clown and free swimming.

The Wes Windholz Band will entertain on the small stage at 5 p.m., followed by the welcome ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Free main stage concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. featuring D.O.C., followed by national artist Granger Smith, featuring Earl Dibbles Jr., at 9:30 p.m.
On Aug. 9, the festival continues with at 8 a.m. with the 5K Run/Walk and the fifth annual Rod, Custom & Cycle Show. Vendors open at 10 a.m., followed by a full day of activities and entertainment. Games and Activities scheduled include 3-on-3 Basketball, Horseshoes, Bumpy Knuckles, the Clown, Bingo, Fun Cycles & Banana Bikes, Inflatables, Eagle Radio Kids Pedal Pull, Let’s Make a Herzog Deal, Pinochle, and FREE Swimming.
The Polka Mass will be at 4 p.m., followed by the Hot Shots Band entertaining at 5:15 p.m. The free main stage concert begins at 9:30 p.m., featuring Paramount.
