SALINA — The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is assisting Saline County authorities in the investigation of a stabbing death of a 13-year-old girl early Friday morning.
Saline County Sheriff Glen Kochanowski said at a news conference Friday morning that Galazia Niehaus,13, was stabbed to death in northwest Saline County. Deputies were notified just after 1:45 a.m. Friday morning.
According to law enforcement authorities, the victim’s sister was taken into custody, but the sheriff has not confirmed any arrests.
