HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Two people were injured after a rollover crash just before 5 a.m. on Wednesday in Reno County.
Reno County Sheriff’s officials reported a 2005 Pontiac GTO driven by Jacob Rucker, 21, Wichita, was eastbound on 4th Street just east of Hutchinson when he ran the stop sign at Buhler Road.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled it several times into a field on the south side of the road.
Rucker and a passenger in the Pontiac Elizabeth Fanning, 21, Wichita, were transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
Authorities reported both were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
