MILTON, Kan.- A Kansas man died in a motorcycle accident just after 11 a.m. on Saturday in Sumner County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Harley Davidson driven by Roger L. Watermiller, 54, Milton, was southbound on Argonia Road three miles south of Milson.

The driver failed to negotiate a curve, entered the west ditch, struck a sign and was ejected.

Watermiller was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Ebersole Funeral Home.

The KHP reported he was not wearing a helmet.
