Hays dental providers are gearing up for the DDS Give program, scheduled next month.

The program allows those in financial need to receive no-cost dental services and is scheduled for Sept. 12.

Appointments are limited and given away on a a first come, first served basis.

“Due to this and the one-day nature of the program, all potential care cannot be provided,” according to a news release. “Please understand that the DDS Give program is not intended to provide complete dental care and that patients may have unmet dental needs after treatment.”

Treatment could include fillings, cleanings, root canal therapy and extractions. Click on the image above for a list of doctors participating, including alternate Days of Service for some dental professionals.

Hays providers participating include Cedar Lodge Dental Group; Lifetime Dental Care; Kinderknecht Family Dentistry; endodontist Dan Loftus, DDS; and oral surgeon Kurt Martin, DDS, MD, of Canterbury Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. To schedule an appointment, call individual offices.

Professionals participating in DDS Give do so on a voluntary basis and receive no compensation or reimbursement, the release said.
