The Thomas More Prep-Marian Sports Booster Club will have a tailgate party this week to open the 2014 football season.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks will be available for a freewill donation from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 5 on the west side of Lewis Field Stadium.

The Monarchs open the season against Phillipsburg. The game will be broadcast live on KAYS-1400 AM and televised live online at Hays Post.
